Attached to the Lodge is a huge bear management area of 540 square kilometers. It's a real hunter's paradise. No matter if you go out with a camera or with your rifle.

Our BMA has one of Ontarios highest density in black bear population (40 to 60 per 100 square km). Wer are welcoming here hunters from all over the world, offering them a full service - concerning both: accomodation and hunting.    

Ivan, our hunting guide, starts baiting long before black bear season starts (August 15th until October 31st). He provides you with all necessary information and help a hunter may need and require. From introducing into the area to actual guiding and skinning.

From the accomodation side The WestArm Lodge and Restaurant hosts all hunters usually at an American Plan base. We are also organising the transport to and from the hunting areas and we are an official issuer for hunting licences and can provide you with all necessary informations concerning export.

Our full service packages are individually priced and depend strongly on the needs and wishes of the hunters. For a usual package in a party of four you look at approximately 1200 Dollars per person and week.
